The Positive birth program ™ is about your mindset, along with the positive techniques you use during your pregnancy and  labour . When the birthing Mother and partner utilise these techniques and approach birth with knowledge, support and tools to assist in the relaxation, visualisation and self-hypnosis of breathing, then birth can be positive, calm and one of Empowerment. 

The confidence you gain through the  Hypnobirthing Australia ™ course teaches you simple and highly effective techniques and equips you with the knowledge to have the  birth you desire. Imagine feeling more;

The Hypnobirthing Australia ™ program is a comprehensive but easy-to-follow childbirth education course that equips parents with the mindset, knowledge, tools, support and preparation to achieve a very calm and positive birth. 

Part of your Positive birth program ™ is learning the concept of Hypnobirthing. Hypnotherapy or in  simpler terms -deep relaxation can assist in parents feeling physically, mentally and spiritually prepared for their birth, which can reduce their awareness of fear, anxiety and pain during childbirth. Imagine bringing  relaxation, visualisation and mindfulness techniques to your birth space, helping you concentrate on your body and the birth of your baby.  

You learn about your beautiful birth hormones and the physiology of birth and gain the knowledge of how your baby and body will work together during your labour. 

We discuss pain techniques and strategies on how you can cope during your different stages of labour and how your partner/support person can assist you with this.

We talk about interventions and provide you with the knowledge to assist you in making informed decisions

You will learn self-hypnosis,  to let go of your fears , allowing your body to naturally release birth hormones ~ your endorphins, which can help for a quicker and less painful birth 


Preparing for your birth is a fundamental step in achieving a positive birth, no matter if it is your first or second pregnancy. Every birth is different and every experience is unique. Our classes are  not only empowering for you, but also incredibly empowering for  birth partners. Partners learn how to help you utilise the tools you have gained throughout your hypnobirthing classes, becoming confident to advocate for you during your labour, so that you can focus on birthing your baby. 


Classes can be held individually, in group sessions or online. I also offer refresher courses if you have done a Hypnobirthing class before and you are just wanting to make sure you are heading in the right direction.

We recommend doing the course anytime from 24 weeks and 34 weeks. The more time you have to practice the self-hypnosis, breathing and other techniques the better you will be able to create a positive mindset. 


Group Sessions

Group classes are a popular choice and is great for mothers/couples who are looking to meet others and enjoy a class atmosphere. These classes will help you achieve the birth you have envisioned and one you will feel empowered about.


Private Sessions

Some mothers/couples prefer to have a private class by themselves- or simply cant find a suitable group class time. These classes can be held in the comfort of your own home or at my studio. These can be held weekdays, evenings or weekends. Private classes allow  a more tailored and relaxed approach and  will help you achieve the birth you have envisioned and one you will feel empowered about.


Online Sessions

Do you prefer learning in your own time and in your own space... Can't make it to face to face classes?

The Hypnobubs ® Hypnobirthing Online Course is the perfect option for you . 

Cancellation Policy: To cancel or reschedule please contact me at least 48 hours in advance. Changing to another course is subject to availability. If face to face classes are fully booked you are welcome to join the online course instead. A reminder that your deposit is non-refundable
